[Hanging out by the observation deck had seemed like a good idea to the detective- he'd get to look out at space and also see what kind of people came by to see it too- people watching is one of his favorite things to do, after all.]

[Oz is sitting in the observation deck, drinking a cup of tea and looking at the view.
